Place an order on luggmaster.com. After completing the payment, you’ll receive PDF-format shipping label.

Send Luggage

Get your luggage to UPS or FedEx depending on which labels you have, or schedule a pickup at your home, work or hotel.

Store in Warehouse

Your luggage or personal belongings will be sent to our warehouse for temporary storage and can be shipped out at a time that is convenient for you. The first 30 days of storage are free. We will notify you when your luggage arrives.

Send to Your Address

Once you have confirmed the final delivery address, whether within the US or anywhere else in the world, contact us or apply online to have your luggage shipped from the warehouse.

What are the shipping and storage fees?

For US Domestic Shipping Price:

FedEx: $15 for the first pound, $1 for each extra pound.

UPS: $16 for the first pound, $1 for each extra pound.

For International Shipping Price:

FedEx: $25 for the first pound, $3 for each extra pound.

Storage Fee:

The first 30 days are free, $0.01 per pound per extra day.

What carriers does LuggMaster use?

The services offered by LuggMaster are based on FedEx® and UPS®.

You can freely combine FedEx® and UPS® for the two segments:

shipping from the sender's address to the storage center, and from the storage center to the final delivery address.

Currently, LuggMaster provides both domestic and international shipping services.

How can I get the free boxes?

If you select a box labeled with "FREE BOX" when placing your order, LuggMaster will ship boxes and tapes to your shipping address at no extra cost after your order is successfully confirmed and paid for.

Where are the LuggMaster storage centers?

Currently LuggMaster has two storage centers located in the Central and Western United States, one in IL 60126 and the other in OR 97220.

The storage duration calculated from the day your luggage or boxes arrive at the warehouse until the day you request to retrieve them. The duration is calculated in calendar days (any period of less than one day is counted as one day). The first 30 days are free, and after that, it costs $0.01 per pound per day.

How can I cancel my order and get refund?

For FedEx and UPS waybills for which shipping fees have been paid, in the event that your shipping label has not been utilized and has not been scanned by the carrier, it can be cancelled within 30 days.

We will handle this matter and issue a full refund to your PayPal account within 1 to 3 business days.

Does LuggMaster offer door-to-door pickup service?

Yes, our services are based on FedEx or UPS, so we can offer free door-to-door pickup across the United States.

How can I get free storage?

The first 30 days of storage are free and will be automatically applied when you place your order.

Does LuggMaster offer services outside the United States?

No, LuggMaster currently only provides services within the United States, but shipments can be sent worldwide.
