Can I change or cancel my Orders?

You can modify or cancel your order under certain specific circumstances, as shown in the table below:

My Account > My Orders > Orders List > Edit

Cancel

My Account > My Orders > View > Cancel

Note
Since the status of the shipping label needs to be checked, your cancellation request will be reviewedwithin 1-3 days.

If your cancellation request has been approved,the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-3 days.
