How Should I Pack My Luggage?

If you choose the Enhanced plan during payment, LuggMaster will send you Home Depot box for free, so you won't need to purchase one yourself.

However, if you prefer to buy your own box, LuggMaster recommends using Home Depot or Lowe's Medium/Large Heavy Duty Moving Box.

Based on feedback from our customers, these boxes are of good quality and widely used. Since FedEx/UPS charge dimensional weight and special handling fees for larger packages, these two box sizes are recommended as they generally avoid such fees, and you don't have to worry about oversized surcharges. We also recommend keeping the weight of each box under 50 pounds, as heavier packages have a higher chance of damage during transit. Controlling the weight of each package can effectively reduce the likelihood of shipping issues.

Heavy Duty boxes are thicker and sturdier than regular boxes.

When packing, make sure to fill the box adequately to avoid noticeable movement inside.

Note:

After packing, it is recommended to use a marker to record the package number and contents on the outside of the box. This helps you remember what’s inside and makes it easier to organize the items when the package arrives.

When your luggage arrives at our transit warehouse, our staff will assess whether the package needs reinforcement based on its condition. If there is obvious damage to the outer box, we will contact you to inspect the package.

If the box is too damaged to continue shipping and requires replacement, we will use a brand new Home Depot box, and the warehouse will charge an operation fee of $5 per package.

Perfect, now you need to attach the shipping label.
