The storage duration calculated from the day your luggage or boxes arrive at the warehouse until the day you request to retrieve them. The duration is calculated in calendar days (any period of less than one day is counted as one day). The first 30 days are free, and after that, it costs $0.01 per pound per day.
For example, if you have 60 pounds of luggage stored in one of our warehouses and you request to retrieve it after 50 days, the actual storage fee, after deducting the first 30 free days, would be calculated as follows:
60 lbs (total weight) * $0.01(price per day) * 20 days (storage duration) = $12.
